Tranchess Community Ambassador* is a newly minted designation that will work closely with the Tranchess Team for specific regions. Ambassadors’ efforts will be centered towards assisting Tranchess in gaining better traction with both new and current users of different native language groups; Improving engagement via increasing depth of understanding and interaction with focused regions, cultures, etc - Not limiting to any particular demographics. We strongly believe in the DeFi spirit of fair opportunity and equality in treatment towards any users - Ambassadors would uphold the key beliefs in current or future engagements with any individual or community notwithstanding.

*Please note this is a voluntary position. Selected candidates would be compensated with CHESS airdrops.

What will I be doing?         

• Moderate users’ posts to ensure a safe and respectful environment within the Tranchess community
• Engage with various language groups & communities to raise awareness about Tranchess
• Support the development and delivery of community engagement targets and benchmarks
• Gathering information on issues raised by communities on various topics and relaying them in a timely manner to the Tranchess team
• Relaying Tranchess key messages and striving to become spokesperson of designated Tranchess communities
• Organize events to build community and boost Tranchess brand awareness

What skills do I need?

• Essential knowledge on Decentralized Finance and Tranchess is a MUST
• Strong Interpersonal skills – i.e. Friendly, approachable and enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds and cultures
• Desire to build strong connections between Tranchess and its communities
• Enthusiastic and open mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively any ideas and information in written and verbal format
• Fast typing skills are a super plus
• Ability to speak one or more languages is desirable
• Proven work experience as a community ambassador is a plus
