Moonfarm is a new Yield Farming Optimization like Yearn Finance or Auto Farm but in the term of CeDeFi - a technology that brings together the best features of CeFi and DeFi. Moonfarm Finance will hold a Initial Dex Offering on the 11. Jun. The Dual IDO will happen on Poolz and YellowRoad. (Whitelist on Poolz). (Whitelist on YellowRoad).

Our IDO will take place on Friday, 11th June 2021 at …. Time with these platforms Poolz and YellowRoad. The detailed information of the IDO as follows:

• IDO Token allocation: 350,000 MFO ( 0.35% total supply )
• Price sale: $0.4
• Total raise: $80,000 on Poolz and $60,000 on Yellow Road

ATTENTION: only whitelisted wallets will be able to take part in the IDO with both platforms. Detailed steps and criteria for whitelist will be described below

For buying on Poolz, you have to fulfill those criterias below:

• You need to hold token at Poolz after 17th of May (expired on May 10th)
• Stakers and Liquidity Providers will receive a 2X multiplier increasing their chances to win an IDO allocation!

The detailed Poolz IDO program is as follows:

• Top 100 POOLZ Holders = guaranteed allocation 💯
• Non Top 100 = Lottery Based 🎰
• 250 staked $POOLZ = 1 lottery ticket 🎫
• Hold 500 $POOLZ = 1 lottery ticket 🎫

For buying on YellowRoad

Step 1/2: IDO allocation for $ROAD token holders.

• Hold at least 50 $ROAD or provide liquidity with BNB-ROAD on Pancake to hold LPs created by BNB and ROAD will receive a higher chance to participate in the IDO

The detailed YellowRoad IDO program is as follows:

• Top 1000 token holders will be granted a guaranteed allocation. The larger the amount of ROAD token, the bigger the chance to be allocated with more token
• You have to hold at least 50 $ROAD to be able to enter the whitelist
• LPs token Holdings can be counted as Double! (Min 5 BNB — 200ROAD will be count as 400 ROAD )

The IDO process will be held as follow:

Round 1: Every whitelisted individual will be able to participate with an allocation of $80,000 on Poolz and $60,000 on YellowRoad which will be pegged to BNB Friday, 11th June 2021 at TBA time.

As MoonFarm will have dual IDO at both platform, for each platform, here are detailed procedure as follow:

Detailed Poolz step by step procedure:

Step 1 : Go to Poolz.Finance website, click “Visit” on the top right corner & connect your wallet through Metamask or WalletConnect. Once done, go to Pools section where you will find the MoonFarm Finance IDO Step 2: On the IDO time, go to the MFO pool detail page & scroll down to swap. Select the amount of BNB to exchange for MFO

Step 3: Click on “Swap”. This action will trigger a transaction to sign through Metamask. Once the transaction has been validated, you will get a “SUCCESS” Message.

Step 4: After you have participated, you will be able to see the MFO tokens in “My investments“

Step 5: Friday, 11th June 2021 at …. time, you will be able to claim your MFO tokens by clicking on “CLAIM TOKENS”.

Step 6: You will finally need to confirm the amount to claim by clicking on “CONFIRM” on the pop-up window. This will trigger a transaction through Metamask that you will need to confirm.

Once all these steps are executed, your MFO tokens will be available on your wallet.

Detailed YellowRoad step by step procedure:

Step 1 : Go to yellowroad.app website, click “View Launchpad” & connect your wallet through Metamask or WalletConnect ( make sure you use BSC chain). Once done, go to Upcoming section where you will find the MoonFarm Finance IDO

Step 2: On the IDO time, go to the MFO pool. Click Join Pool, Select the amount of BNB to exchange for MFO.

Step 3: Click on “Swap”. This action will trigger a transaction to sign through Metamask. Once the transaction has been validated, you will get a “SUCCESS” Message.

Step 4: Friday, 11th June 2021 at …. time, you will be able to claim your MFO tokens by clicking on “CLAIM”.

Step 5: You will finally need to confirm the amount to claim by clicking on “CONFIRM” on the pop-up window. This will trigger a transaction through Metamask that you will need to confirm.
