Submit the fine form. We intend to make the IDO process very fair and transparent by ensuring even distribution of Memecoins to the users. We will use a random selection mechanism that gives equal chances to all the participants. We will begin shortlisting the selected addresses once the whitelisting is closed with the help of the Polkastarter team to eliminate bots, duplicate entries and suspicious addresses. Final whitelisted entries will be contacted by email from explorers@meme.com and will need to pass the KYC process within 48hrs. Beware of scammers: explorers@meme.com or any of our social channels will NEVER ask for funds. Please note that citizens from the following countries have been excluded from the IDO: Belarus, Burma, Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, USA, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe or any other country on a sanction list.
