The Cere token sale will start on April 8th at 10:00 AM ET , and will run until April 15th at 10:00 AM ET. Participants will be able to purchase tokens through three options, Public Sale Option A1 (Republic.co) Public Sale Option A2 (Republic.co, DAOmaker, Polkastarter) and Public Sale Option B (Republic.co).
Public Sale Option A1 - [1 Year Vesting]. This option allows participants to purchase tokens at $0.024/token,
using a 1 year vesting schedule, with quarterly unlocking, after a 7.2% day 1 unlock. The maximum check size is
$250.000 USD.
Public Sale Option A2 - [1.5 Year Vesting]. This option allows participants to purchase tokens at $0.02/token,
using a 1.5 year vesting schedule, with quarterly unlocking, after a 7.7% day 1 unlock. The maximum check size is
250.000 USD on Republic.co, $2.500 on DAOmaker and $500 on Polkastarter.
NOTE: This is also the option for the whitelisted audience.
Public Sale Option B - [No Vesting, Fully Unlocked]. This option allows participants to purchase tokens at
$0.035/token, with no lockups. In order to prevent concentration, incentivize distribution, and incentivize tokens
for staking, this allocation will enforce a maximum check size of $10K USD on Republic.
