    - All participants are able to place order with tUSDT during 08:00 UTC 13th July, 2021– 07:59 UTC, 15th July, 2021. The result will be announced in the official channels before July 22nd, 2021.

    - Orders from The Bloctopian Quiz winners (Tier I)will be accepted first.

    - Then the lucky draw will be held for whitelisted Blocto users (Tier II), and the orders from the winners will be accepted.

    - If there are still spots left, the lucky draw will then be open to the general public (Tier III)

    - Those who did not win the lucky draw will get their full tUSDT amount refunded.

    • There is a 1,000 tUSDT maximum purchase for every Blocto account/address.

    Although you are both qualified with sale tier 1 & 2, you are not able to purchase an exceeded limit.

    • Residents from countries or regions such as US, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and UN-sanctioned countries are excluded from participating in the $BLT community sale.
    • Participants should not intend to resell the tokens to excluded countries or regions such as US, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and UN-sanctioned countries.
    • Users who perform malicious acts including but not limited to using bots or scripts may be denied access to the $BLT community sale.
    • The sale is not on a first-come-first-serve basis. All participants will have about 48 hours to place the order with tUSDT.
    • Payments made in tUSDT (“Teleported USDT on Flow”) will equate to the value of one U.S. Dollar (“USD”) regardless of fluctuations in the value of USDT.
    • Participants can only submit once for their purchase amount. Please make sure to submit before the deadline ends.
